Mark came to replace our laundry machine. He arrived on time.

It started with an unexpected call from the owner ( Russ) alerting me to quality issues with one appliance prior to delivery and installation. He brought the issues to the supplier attention on my behalf and insisted that it be replaced prior to delivery- preventing future failure issues and time consuming repairs/replacement later.

The delivery and installation of the appliances was professional and conducted to the highest standards by a pleasant and knowledgeable technician named Mark-a real pro that tested all functions prior to explaining how the units functioned and providing recommended settings for use. He saved me valuable time and potential frustration.

Without requesting additional services, an inspection of other mechanical components in my home was conducted. Issues of quality and competence were brought to my attention and corrected-All at no no cost! I offered and would have been happy to pay for these corrective measures. My offer was flatly refused with a smile from the technician.

Russ, the owner of Arjay Mechanical came over to do a warranty replacement of a Wolf double wall oven showed up with all the right equipment tools dollies spent a full day removing the new damaged in shipping wall oven with new replacement double wall oven…He was very helpful and courteous, was very conscious of protecting floors and cabinetry while installing fast and efficient cleaned up and took away all the packaging ..Beautiful job Thank you Russ ..If we ever have a problem, I know who to call and count on for future service. Russ is very knowledgeable with his craft. From the moment he saw our kitchen, he knew exactly what was needed and the measurements in place to make the kitchen look absolutely fabulous. Russ, Arjay Mechanical, just completed the installation of our new range today. Being a very detailed orientated individual I had my usual long list of questions regarding the removal of the old range, the installation of our new range and the permitting process. Russ listened very carefully and was very helpful when responding to all my questions and concerns, which included the lower storage door not properly fitting on the new range.. For this issue Russ took photos right-away and sent them, along with a report, back to the retailer of purchase. An hour later we received a call advising that this problem will be promptly adjusted/fixed under warranty.. The work performed was well done – fast, efficient and caring.
